These guys go above and beyond. After my house insurance cancelled my policy for some supposed algae on the roof, not only did these guys come, power wash, provide photos and a letter for me to submit. But then, when the insurance company came back and said there were not ENOUGH photos, these guys came BACK for free, climbed up on the roof and took more photos. After submitting those, my insurance was reinstated! Dirt-Shock said they would be with me until my insurance was back and then they followed through on that promise.... read more
Fantastic company. My property insurance was cancelled because of mold, algae, etc. on the roof. Apparently they fly drones to take aerial pictures of the roofs. Anyway, Dirt-Shock came in within a few days, cleaned up the roof like brand new in about 8 hours and my insurance was reinstated. Great job and a great price for the work they put in. Highly recommend!
We normally do not give 5 stars because as a former quality assurance person I believe no one service is exceptional as there is always room for improvement. As avid walkers and live very close to the Eaton wildfire area, we have seen very many similar services done around our neighborhood. They showed up right on time as promised. The technician was very professional and friendly, and really cared about how our house washing would turn out. We walked thru some of the more challenging parts of the job, and he paid special attention and took extra time to make sure I was happy with the results. I thought he was done after a couple hours of pressure washing my house, but then he said, now I'm going to do the windows so they are water spot free. We hired this company to clean the moss off our roof and give our solar panels a cleaning. They were fantastic! The guys who worked on our house were SO kind and respectful. They cleaned up our neighbors yard and even gave them a little window cleaning as a courtesy because some dirt came off onto their house! I would highly recommend using them. I can’t believe how much better our roof looks and how diligent they were in cleaning up afterward.
