Extremely unprofessional.
Very negative experience. I had purchased a Groupon for their services and the customer service lady who called me back immediately tried to disqualify me from using the service I had purchased. Tried to catch me on a "move out" service, if I lived above the second floor, if I wanted rugs cleaned instead of carpets. She did not try and work with the service I purchased at all. Just wanted to up charge me and catch me on their fine print. She then blamed it on me not reading all their many disqualifications! Certainly not fri... read more
