Jordan and Cody were amazing; they came in and we were not fully prepared. They patiently waited outside and as we were clearing the rooms they came in after and started going to work. They were here for maybe 30-45 mins max. In that time they restored the carpets almost fully to brand new. Now we had some dark pet spots they made those lighter. I have no idea how they have that many 5 star reviews. My 81 year old mother was definitely swindled. She hired them to clean her carpet and after the fact the carpet felt sticky to walk on. She thought maybe too much soap so she used her non commercial carpet cleaner to rinse it to try and remove the sticky. When she did the water that was removed looked like day old coffee.
