Matt, the owner is a bold face liar. I took my bike and paid him upfront to get a motor put in. He put my bike in storage kept giving me excuses on why I couldn’t see my bike. He was almost done with my bike. My bike could be finished at this day at this time kept my bike for two years and when I got him to give me my bike back, nothing had been done on it at all. After paying DBB a hefty deposit and enduring months of runaround, I was finally able to retrieve my late grandfather’s bike from them—though not without another issue cropping up. Matt and his team are professional and meticulous in their work.
I took my bike after the back breaks stopped working and they solved the issue within an hour, with an amazing service, and a very reasonable price. My bike was totaled after an accident. When I mentioned to Matt that I was looking for a new bike they offered to go check the bike before I make the final decision.
