Great customer service experience. Gary picked up my rugs from-my house and dropped them off when he was done. They looked great! Pricing is very reasonable which makes having your rugs cleaned so much more enjoyable. I plan to have him clean my sofa as well. It’s so nice to have a locally, family owned business with a personal touch!
Excellent carpet cleaning service in Kyle with very fair pricing. We were in need of some general carpet cleaning and spot removal of some stains and Gary was great to work with. Fast scheduling and the service took about an hour to complete. I would recommend for any carpet cleaning needs.
I picked Dirt be gone off the internet. Left message, Gary called back, we talked, he came over to assess the damage, literally. He gave me estimate, date and time to do cleaning, which was in a timely manner. There were stubborn stains and did his best to remove. Gary was very friendly, knowledgeable of his business, he cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend him to anyone.
