Dirk's is the perfect example of why I love doing business locally as much as possible. They went above and beyond with everything. Our living room is awesome, and we finally got the perfect bed. I have been waiting on a replacement piece of furniture since December. Every time I call I get some run around about "It's been ordered." "It's in our warehouse." "You have to talk to so and so. I don't know anything about that." If I had the means to transport the living room set I bought, I'd bring it all back and go buy new furniture somewhere else. Meanwhile, a broken chair just hangs out in the corner of my living room. I won't be buying anything from here ever again.
