Had problems with Courtesy Ford in Danville, IL for over three weeks. As soon as I got my Explorer back I took it to Dirk's and in 2 hrs it was fixed. It was amazing how fast they were able to get me in and how fast they fixed it. Definitely satisfied and Dirk's has gained another customer

I highly recommend this company I called them at closing time on a Tuesday and they got it in and done the next day. The prices was very reasonable I appreciate you guys getting me in so quickly. And with the convenience of a nighttime key dropbox I did not have to take my car in there until after I was done with it for the evening and then I was only without my vehicle for the morning and afternoon the next day so yes, thank you again. You guys are amazing..
