A very happy with experience with Dirk. Had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair, which me and my family were dreading the operation. Dirk was great at explaining all options, procedure and whole process was very calming through his guidance. Really friendly, thoughtful and respectful surgeon.
Thorough disappointment grows as the weeks go by. Broke through my shin and had both the tibia and fibula fractured. Was assured that only the tibia needed repair and the fibula will be fine. Was sent home with no camboot, cast, etc and told I could put full weight and walk as much as much as comfortable. I had 8-9 weeks off work as an industrial plumber and I as requesting medical certificates to which they suggest I should’ve only been off work for 3 weeks and Dirk didn’t want to give a certificate without being pushed. Nearly 6 weeks on from left knee replacement surgery Recovering well. Looking forward to getting my Right knee replaced next Dirk and staff are great. Couldn't be more pleased with the results
