Excellent care and customer service.
Nice staff but fast in and out felt like an animal getting worked on. No clean up afterwards and your in shock and you get dressed and they push you out. Not very good patient care. Felt everything without chance for local to set in got cut and pulled right after poke and not a very talkative bunch to keep mind off of procedure. Take a minimum of a week off work and have jock and ice ready
Dr Sypherd performed a simple outpatient procedure with haste. I was in and out in no time. The nurse assistant also made small talk with me during the procedure which helped take my mind off of what was happening. I'd recommend Dr Sypherd for similar procedures.
