Thank you, to the genuinely kind staff. We had to say goodbye to our 8 1/2 Bullmastiff Chloie Saturday. In days she had very fast liver failure. The staff takes excellent care of our fur babbies from puppy to senior & their humans too. The Romero's
My mom and I took our dog to this animal hospital at 2 o'clock in the afternoon we didn't get seen by doctor until 8. I think the staff is overated and should at least give people a heads-up on how long they will be waiting cause after we left there it was over six and a half hours and we are lucky we have a very good behaved dog because it was hard for my mom to sit in the uncomfortable chairs for that long since she has a bad back . Today 12-29-2023 took my cat to Provet Dr Dirk Butchko office on Van Buren Ave. Terrible experience. Called the day before to let them know my cat has a cyst that needs to be drained or removed. They told me to have him fast since night before because they'll need to put him under anesthesia. I said ok. After Sunnymead Vet. in Moreno Valley was just taking money from me and not helping my beloved Max. A friend told me about this place, and I couldn't be more thankful. One of the ladies in the office saw me with Max in the parking lot, right away she came over asking questions, checkers Max out. Dr. Butchko Pro Vet is the best! He diagnosed my dog with liver and kidney troubles and prescribed meds that helped save her. I’m forever grateful for whatever time we have left with our 15 year old dog Taffy. She’s almost back to her old self and she’s done a 180. The Butchko family of Vets has helped my pets since I was a child and I’m 54. They’re the only ones I trust with my pets.
Words can not describe how happy we are that our puppy was able to have surgery, we leave in Bakersfield and the Vets here wanted us to wait months before they could do surgery, My our puppy’s eye infection went from 0 to 100 in two days, there was no way she could wait. We truly recommend Pro Vet.
