My mom and I took our dog to this animal hospital at 2 o'clock in the afternoon we didn't get seen by doctor until 8. I think the staff is overated and should at least give people a heads-up on how long they will be waiting cause after we left there it was over six and a half hours and we are lucky we have a very good behaved dog because it was hard for my mom to sit in the uncomfortable chairs for that long since she has a bad back . Today 12-29-2023 took my cat to Provet Dr Dirk Butchko office on Van Buren Ave. Terrible experience. Called the day before to let them know my cat has a cyst that needs to be drained or removed. They told me to have him fast since night before because they'll need to put him under anesthesia. I said ok.
