I love the whole physical therapy team at Madison Memorial. I’ve been able to get in for initial appointments on same day or next morning—this is a blessing when you’re at your limit with pain. They have a warm, friendly atmosphere there, even with therapists who don’t work on my case. They clearly care about work culture and this lends to fantastic customer service. I have had my physical therapy done here for three years, and I have loved it. The workers are kind and personable and really care about you. They are also very up to date on practices and do all that they can to make you more comfortable. As an athlete I know that I will be taken care of for all of my future injuries.
