Today, my baby boy Jack (Jackie) came in with a scratch on his eye caused by his older sister. I called and spoke with Leslie, who was absolutely phenomenal. She immediately calmed me down and went out of her way to find another doctor who could see Jack the same day. Leslie even called me back when an appointment opened up, which saved me the expense and stress of going to a hospital and making a long drive. Best experience ive had in years. The vet and tech were super friendly and so welcoming. And very informative. I am so happy I made the switch from my old vet. This is a vet I see myself sticking with. You guys are awesome! Took care of my cat, Thomas so well
I never do reviews so this isn't given lightly. There are 2 very specific reasons I am giving a 1 star rating. Reason #1 back in February I took my husky in and the vet we saw was some guy who clearly doesn't know much about huskies. All he accomplished was causing anxiety for me and my pup. If I take my pup back I won't see that specific vet again, maybe the other one but not that one. His demeanor was as if he has superiority complex, very degrading and very unacceptable.
