I cannot recommend Dirigo Veterinary Clinic, and specifically Dr. Townsend, highly enough. After using several different veterinarians over the years, Dr. Townsend is hands-down the best I have ever encountered. He has been absolutely amazing with both of my dogs. Under the circumstances of the reason we had to go to the vet was to put our husky down 😔 but the love and compassion care and understanding from the head vet was above and beyond. It was a very sad day for our family but for anyone who has to deal with putting a pet down this is the place to go
Love love love this vet clinic. I have taken all of my cats here, and they love Dr. Brion (unless he does clementines ears first which we have learned he hates haha) I couldn't recommend a better vet clinic who actually not only cares for your animals but also you. Their care, compassion, and detail to my animals heath goes above and beyond everytime I go in for a checkup or shots for the furbabies, like making notes to do ears last for my drama king.
The doctor is incredible with my baby kitties and my family! They get us right in everytime!! I definitely recommend them!!!
Very kind and gentle with pets and doesn't try to sell a bunch of stuff that you don't need. I had been to another vet over 6 times for a standard Poodle with an ear infection, Dr. Townsend fixed the infection after one visit.
