I didn’t have any pre-conceived ideas going into a small gym with some one-on-one attention. I am more than impressed with what I have gotten out of it so far. I was an athlete in the past and it has been a successful transition back into work-outs and athletic competition goals. The biggest difference is the immediate feedback on proper technique that I can’t get working out on my own in my basement. Dirigo Fitness has been a great environment for me as a complete novice to weight training and fitness. My coach is great and meets clients where they are. The support and encouragement is more than I could’ve asked for.
I’m two months into my fitness program and the comprehensive program of exercise, nutrition and accountability has resulted in consistent results that are sustainable. The staff are all excellent and the facility is clean and well equipped. Would recommend to anyone interested in creating a healthier lifestyle
