Absolutely love this company. I hired them to build a duplex for me and Bodenham as well as a single-family home for a family member. The customer service after the home was built was amazing. Their contractors that utilize came in On budget and on time. If you use them for your home building needs, you will not be disappointed
Dirigo Custom Structures completed our modular house in late last Fall (2025), and we couldn't be more pleased with how things went. Scott and Edana are very knowledgeable in this business. Building a house could be nerve-racking, but everything was explained at the very beginning. There were no surprises with budget or timelines. Their team of personnel, were all very skilled. A special should out to Ryan Lemelin, who did the foundation and site-prep, for an outstanding job. A big Thank You, to Dirigo Custom Structures.
Look at his response. It's the same he gives anyone else who leaves a negative review, He's dishonest. I know exactly who we attempted to do business with and I know exactly who screwed around with the numbers. It was you sir! Even my real estate agent remembers you and he was surprised on how you acted. Had a negative experience, he is very misleading. Has an excuse for everything. I recommend finding a different company. We were very pleased with the home building process through Dirigo Custom Structures. The general contractor, Scott, and his right hand office support, Edana, took most of the stress out of it (can there really be no stress when building a new home?). We are very grateful for their expertise and always found them to be patient and of highest integrity. All the sub contractors did timely and quality work.
