I always tried to support Moroccan businesses here in the U.S. The reason for the two star review is that while the concept is great, the lack of customer service is unbelievable. I dealt with Latifa from the NY office, she failed to return my emails or answer the phone. One time I called and the woman there refused to tell me her name. Another time, the lady in charge of my account went on maternity and they asked me to wait for her return. This is incredible!
