I had a truck towed by direnzo first the driver said 120 dollars cash only so I went got cash then he said it was 132 not 120.five minutes later he said it was143.50. Gave him the money 144 because he has no change gave me the excuse it was fuel charge and mileage charge then told me he had already given me the receipt I told him he had not and I wanted the receipt and like a little coward he and his partner jumped in the truck and ran.called the company they said it was 120 and that was all they were going to give me a rece... read more
got my car towed and the driver hooked it up wrong. Snapped my tire rod. Waited 2 days before someone got back to me. I paid for the damages out of pocket. When asked to be reimbursed they said, "Not our problem take me to court." never dealing with a company that does not take responsibility for their own neglect.
