I had a truck towed by direnzo first the driver said 120 dollars cash only so I went got cash then he said it was 132 not 120.five minutes later he said it was143.50. Gave him the money 144 because he has no change gave me the excuse it was fuel charge and mileage charge then told me he had already given me the receipt I told him he had not and I wanted the receipt and like a little coward he and his partner jumped in the truck and ran.called the company they said it was 120 and that was all they were going to give me a rece... read more
This tow company is totally unethical, damaged my car after having it towed admitting to the damage only to deny paying for the damages I'd never use them and hope others use other tow company's as well
Taking advantage of people is disgusting, especially while their Grieving. I hope you get zero business for the bull you are pulling.
in my opinion they exploit vulnerable people with their pricing. i was charged $771.70 to have my 16 foot e350 box truck driven 1 mile... they didnt give a choice to drive or tow my truck. and yesci said 1 one mile.
Don’t take into account public safety when towing, bad drivers=bad business

Scam artists. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. And judging by other reviews, it’s obviously their general practice to be a shady business.
This company is absolutely terrible. They tell you one price and then double it. They drive dangerously all over the road like they own it. 0 our of 5 stars
