All Around Exceptional – I've been a part of the mortgage and real estate industry 30 plus years now and I have never dealt with a company who values customer service and customer satisfacation more. Highly Professional Company – I work with Directors Mortgage on a professional basis doing the sort of work that ALWAYS reveals the level of professionalism of a business. I can see firsthand how they work with clients in a way that consistently delivers the best service in the most convenient and timely manner possible. As a company, they are consistently able to hire the best of the best. If there is a better measure of a company's integrity and effectiveness, I do not know what it is.
Not so good – We refinanced throught Directors and had a less than pleasant experience. We got incorrect information on more than one occassion, and ended up only saving about half of what was originally offered. We didn't even know our final payment until half way through signing closing documents. Well, we thought we knew, but it kept changing. We were also told that we wouldn't owe anything at closing which ended up not being the case at all. Can't recommend them and wouldn't use them again.
Money Hungry Company, not pleased, will NEVER go back!! :( :( – The owner of this company is only looking out for his pocket book I Am SURE! THEY DID scandalous transactions without notifying myself or my broker. SLipping extra fees in last minute before it went to the underwriters! I WILL never go back to this company, and my Mortgage broker that worked for this company even QUIT after having some many transactions falsely represented by this company.
