So truly disappointed the way the kids were treated and money taken from them. It's bad enough that COVID-19 cancelled their trip, but then Director's Choice kept half of our money, gave us airline vouchers that we had to redeem through them, but wouldn't answer the phone for us to redeem them!! When I finally got a hold of someone, I was told sorry, it's too late. Their excuse was they were short staffed. They should be professional and refund the money of the voucher.
