Jutta was very helpful with both my children very happy
I paid for letters to Dr’s that I did not receive. I waited 3 months for a report which was promised to be provided within a month - this is unacceptable in any circumstance and it was incredibly expensive for what it was. There is chaos at reception - emails never answered, requests for appointments not responded to - incorrect information given. A very frustrating and unproductive yet highly expensive time with no positive outcome.
