They were great, until they decided they didn't want me as a patient anymore. I've called over 20 times in a month or more. They have never answered the phone, regardless of department. They have never returned a message. They have stopped calling for appointment reminders. I have emailed them, contacted them on Facebook, called daily, and left messages where I'm near tears.
