I bought an alternator there last year on february 16th 2018. While I was installing it, I shorted it by accident. I brought it back and the guy happily exchanged it for me. Unfortunately, the 2nd one wasn't working so I brought it back again. I was told that I shorted the alternator. I told the guy working there if he could TRY returning it to Nappa and giving me a credit.
