So far so good. Mark and Marcus have taken a weight off of my shoulders. My apartment was trashed by a reclusive tenant, whose water heater exploded and didn't tell me about it for a long time. Mark was great to work with. He was able to get us a quote and complete the work needed in about a week. His prices were fair, he communicated well, and came in clutch when we were in a hurry. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Directed Heating Restoration again!
