having a vender that cares, puts the customer before the sale, answers there phone at anytime for any problem is something that does not come by very often. With DirecTec you get that. There service, staff, and owner go above and beyond anyway they can. the biggest problem today is finding a vendor that you dont have to baby sit, with Direc tec you know the work is done right the first time. i would highly recommend them. They are a top notch vender!
