We had an amazing experience with Direct Wood Flooring from start to finish. Their pricing was by far the best we found for the wood we wanted, but what really stood out was the customer service. Seth was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure we ordered all manufacturer-recommended products needed to maintain the flooring warranty, including the proper adhesive and installation materials, and explained exactly how everything should be laid. They have done two houses for me and both times I’ve been very happy with everything.
Wasted my time with this place. Looking for solid wood flooring, which they do not carry. And only learned this after showing up (on time) for an appointment (for which they were 10 minutes late.) If you are going to sell "hardwood flooring," but not actual solid wood flooring - at least make a note of that on your web page. Do your best to avoid wasting the time of your potential customers.

I want everyone to know Seth is awesome!! He found a wood flooring for me that was discontinued and has been for quite some time. He was deligent and patience now here we are a month later and I have all the floor I asked for! Other companies blew me off and used the "discounted" your screwed try something else!
