After shopping around, we found Direct Windows by accident. Jim had a window that was a little more than what we needed but at a lower price than any other company. The quality of the window is very good and the service was also very good. Jim stuck to his word showing a high level of integrity. I live in a condo and will be telling the other residents about Direct Windows.
They did an excellent job installing windows in my whole house. They finished in one work day. The window fit perfectly and look as if they have always been there. The value was excellent 33% cheaper than other quotes. The wait to receive the Windows from the manufacturer is a little longer than normal but at no fault to the direct window team. It is evident that Jim takes great pride and joy in his work and he is very knowledgeable in the product.
When it comes to replacing windows in your home that is a big deal. After much searching & reading reviews we came upon DIRECT WINDOWS. Jim came out right away - gave us a price which we felt was reasonable, and a month later we are looking out thru beautiful clear windows. This is my third experience with this company. I have used for rental properties and now my own home. Always professional, on time, tidy and do an excellent job. Never worry about walking away while they are installing. HIGHLY recommend
Although they were friendly and timely I doubt they have much experience and knowledge about windows. I needed one for east facing sun and protection from intense heat and light and am disappointed in his lack of knowledge regarding types of windows available One call to another company and found what I needed although too late for me since I had purchased from him because he advised me the type of window I previously had was no longer made. I was very disappointed
