I called Direct Water Heater Repair & Plumbing to fix our hot water heater after reading the positive reviews. My experience was very positive, from the first phone call to the completion of the work. Our water heater had a part that went bad. The part was covered on warranty but I wasn't comfortable installing it myself. Direct Water Heater Repair & Plumbing was prompt and the service plumbing was very nice. They diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary fixes efficiently. I will definitely be using them in the future.
