This business advertises that they "offer fast reliable service..new tires or need a repair" but apparently if you just need air in your tire, they provide NO SERVICE AT ALL. While coming across the causeway in a torrential rain storm my tire pressure light came on. After exiting the causeway, I saw this business (a tire shop, right, perfect for getting air for a tire, so one would think) so stopped and asked the attendant if he could add air to my tire. Fast and reliable service. Always looking out for the best of the customer. I have used Direct Tire Town for over 10 years and have always been happy with the service.
Had a very awful experience at this location!! The employee or owner is awful with customer service if you are a minority of any kind!!! While waiting for my car to get two tires which I have been waiting for an hour a lady walks in she must be a VIP and she got her car serviced before me and while she had her short spell in his waiting area he starts to talk very awful and disrectful about politics!!! Worst shop ever. I took my car there 3 time for a simple problem and this shop made the problem worse. They also had the nerve to charge me a little over $1700.00 to discover that they made the problem worse. They should have just stated that they could not fix it in the first place instead of trying to line their own pockets. Do not take your vehicle here.
