These clowns gave me a anual bond quote of $1,500.00 Totally insane rip off. All other companies were around $320-$380 range. I ended up getting bond through another agency for $260.00. There pricing is way high. Not even within range of competitors. Truly emabarrasing for them. It's quite laughable. Stay clear of this company. There a complete ripoff..

My need was small and they handled it as if it were one hundred times the value. I had a question and Tashana Grant got back to me that *evening* to answer it. I needed a surety title bond within 3 working days, and I had it in two. Excellent customer service in my experience.

They are not license to do business in Kentucky. They call my company soliciting there business as providing bonding to construction contractors. They claim that they provide bonding without using a insurance agency. I asked if they were licensed to do business in Kentucky, Jon Ramirez assured me that they have a license. When I called the Secretary of Kentucky State, she told me that they are not licensed to do business in Kentucky. That all business license to do business in Kentucky is on public record.
