This company is now my emergency contact No 2 for my 97 year old dad. (999 being the first one) Amazing team and really swift response to help my dad. They should all wear super hero capes! My 97 year old dads stair lift had stopped working, it was late in the day and everyone I rang and mention handicare model they didn't want to know. We needed a stairlift urgently, rang direct stairlift and they quoted us a good price. We rang in the morning and had a stairlift installed in the afternoon. So grateful, would thoroughly recommend them.

My mum had these out for my dad. Sent a young lad who didn't know what he was doing with no support. He took the chair away and just chucked it in the van as such has chipped a roller that now makes an annoying noise. Claimed my mum needed new batteries and they were only a year old! I'm sure it was just a bad experience but she will not use this company again
