I went today to get my smog test...K K was the attendant...Besides doing the test quickly and efficiently he was the absolute sweetest guy! We got into a conversation about how I was having some troubles and he just listened and made some very good suggestions for me...I probably stayed talking about 10 minutes after the test...He is an amazing guy and the company is lucky to have him! I left there feeling WAY better than I did when I got there! Thanks again K K!
I've owned my car for ten years and have used Direct Smog Check every single time. They're always polite, professional and get me turned around quickly.
Absolutely the worst experience EVER. Waste of time! I was parked to the side of a van that was getting a smog check. Another car showed up after me and parked in a parking spot next to the van. I’ll admit it was my mistake not to pull into a designated parking spot (my brain just wasn’t thinking clearly at the moment), but I was definitely there first and had been waiting patiently.
