No star from me. Have issues with my shutters. Tried to contact them for last six months. No answer back, even emailing with no results. Well, went to the location of that business personally and guess what? Nobody there. That business is no longer, be aware.
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!! I would give zero stars if I could. I've been left with a faulty blind and haven't heard from the owner in over FIVE months, after another 3 months prior that of continual texts and calls. He assured me it would be replaced under warranty and was on its way, i just had to "be patient". That was back in April '25 already a full THREE MONTHS after install. It was one lie after another. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rang up to get a quote for a battery with the Ozroll system and spoke to a rude, arrogant and ignorant pig who was too afraid to tell me their name. I asked where in Wingfield are they based, they asked what for? I said so I can come and purchase a battery as Wingfield is pretty big am I supposed to guess where you are?? They then said we don't carry them and would have to order some in and told me they can't help me, go somewhere else and hung up on me. Well why didn't you tell me from the s... read more

The whole experience from 1st contact right through the installation & completion was excellent. Electrician & installer were polite, professional & quick. Extremely happy with shutters. They look great!!
