Edit 2025: They came to replace the water supply and replace a ton of old cast iron piping. They sent out Seth who did an AMAZING job as always. Cant thank yall enough <3 Edit 2024: Still very faithful customers of this company. They came out to assess a broken pipe, fixed it, and left. There was a blockage that couldnt have been seen until we used our dishwasher; where they were out and about very quickly to assess the issue. Cant say enough good things about this company!! Direct services was able to come out and diagnose problems with our gas hot water heater very quickly for the most reasonable rate of all the plumbing companies. Seth, our service guys was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.
The company is extremely responsive and thorough. The repair didn't take and they came back the next day to address it, no charge. I would be happy to use them again for any plumbing issues. Good job guys.
I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Direct Services Plumbing. I had an issue with my garbage disposal so my problem didn’t require immediate attention, but I got it anyway! I was able to arrange for a technician to come to my house and fix my problem, all within a couple of hours. The technician was so nice, personable, professional, and efficient.
