Travis was great! I had one of my springs break and he replaced both of them for a very reasonable price. He noticed the door was previously installed at an angle which caused it to rub. He fixed that for me at no extra cost. Will definitely do business with them again!
My contact with the folks at Direct Service was prompt and professional from my first call to the office to the last hand shake. Travis came equipped with adequate tools and know-how. He was efficient and careful in changing out the motor and updating many parts of the system that needed upgrades. The fee was commensurate with the level of expertise that was displayed and the quality of parts.
