I can't really add to the exceptional work these guys do. What I will say, is not to be afraid to upgrade the DVR/HARD DRIVE. After a number of years the old drive crappped out. Direct provided a replacement which was much better (software updates as well) end user experience. It is able to differentiate between motion, vehicle motion, and human motion.
