Friendly guy, but website misleading. He seems to only do house calls and does not maintain office hours at the listed location. Glad I called before stopping. He recommended UPS for basic Notary, which is what I did.
Tod was outstanding! He served my out-of-state papers in record time and in compliance with our local statutes. Tod is great at communication and gets the job done. As a process server, I work with other servers around the county. Efficiency, diligence, attention to detail, and communication are the key things to look for when hiring a private process server, and Tod displayed them all. I have never had an out of state paper served that fast! I would recommend Direct Results to anyone who needs just that...Direct Results.
