Outstanding service from beginning to end! Excellent customer service and the staff were super friendly. The quality of the work was beyond my expectations and my vehicle looks brand new. It's rare to find a place that delivers such high-quality work, excellent service and great prices all in one. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing bodywork done.
Direct Repair went above and beyond for me. They were the only shop willing to actually repair my car door instead of replacing it, and the results were fantastic. Saif gave me a clear and fair estimate, and Dougie, the main technician, did an amazing job on the repair. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. My car looks great, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them for their honesty, skill, and excellent service!
Excellent repair of scratch damage caused by another car. Price was fair and the shop gave the car a nice light detailing as well. Came back to me in excellent condition.
