Direct-Repair Leaside was a referral, and the team there delivered! My Volvo required a repair to the driver-side rear door. Price was fair (actually very competitive) and work was done in an extremely timely manner. The team was very knowledgeable and courteous. Some "detailing" of the inside and outside of the vehicle upon pick up was noticeable, and sincerely much appreciated. Thank you, Direct-Repair, for taking the time and care.
If you want honest help? My vehicle had a minor scuff, couldn't even feel it, and even I could tell it doesn't need paint repair. Laird Auto Body next to them gave me a quote for over 1'300 CAD. Direct Repair did an amazing job on repairing my car. Very easy to deal with and completed before the promised date. They even went as so far as to clean it inside and out. Very competitive estimate.
The repair shop was fair, honest and did a great job. After an extra part was accidentally ordered they made a repair to some scratches I hadn’t asked to be fixed for no extra charge. I appreciated their communication and customer service support. I would go back 100%!
