They use to be fantastic. Since being taken over by a new company, customer service has suffered greatly. Impossible to get in touch with them to make an appointment. Once you are there, the staff are lovely, but the admin is woeful. Time to find a new place.
Staff very rude.
Recommend you just walk in and ask for help. I came here by accident as had accidentally booked at another clinic and Julia and Diana went out of their way to try and help. Firstly to understand where I had booked and then to help me with the service I needed.... even both ringing around other locations to see if that could get me the service I needed. I was very touched by the genuine care they showed in helping me. Thank you Diana and Juliette:)
