i have had the mis fortune to use this company on 29th August my partner who was in a lot of pain had X-rays and ultra sounds perform which was paid for at the consultation. After repeated request they finally sent the results to the doctor late on 6th September which i assume was in response to calls from both the medical cent and myself. After another phone call by myself on 9th September it was confirmed they were sent. Really disappointed to known they don’t bulk bill for ultrasounds, you’ll be left out of pocket $80. Direct radiology in Knox do bulk bill. Save yourself some money and take a drive down the hill.
Had an ultra sound 8 days ago, Have possible torn tendons so not fun at the moment. My Doctor still does not have the results. Called today to find out where the results are and was advised my Doctor would have them today. No reason given or apology for the delay. Since have been advised by the Doctor's Surgery that this clinic is very slow in sending results. Why use them for urgent tests then.........
