I did not have the best experience as a new patient. After Dr. Kay explained that they are a small staff, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to go through their process. However, the system they use to communicate made it difficult to receive timely responses due to glitches, and I had to call and email several times before my first Zoom appointment. We’ve enjoyed direct primary care services since 2021 With great satisfaction. Dr Kay was always very responsive ,caring and helpful. He subscribed medication directly to our local pharmacy when needed, helped with letters to school and even took the time to look at our son at his clinic. We loved the personal care and the app (fast) communication and kept using his services long after we moved to another city. Highly recommended!
I loved having the ability to call when something was wrong and have someone listen to me and know what to send in with out having to wait to go into an office and have to wait a week .. the convenience of this program is amazing
