Helen has helped me “figure me out” in this unique season I find myself in. Hormones are no joke and you need someone who is knowledgeable across ALL boards!!! Helen is a great practitioner who creates a plan of action for her patients based on what is best for them. She pays close attention to the finer details and actually listens to her patients! Feeling heard when you have issues that most doctors just pass off as “normal” or “unexplained” is something I value in a practice. If you are in need of a new practice, or want a more functional medicine approach, this is the practice for you!
