I don't review many products or services, but........DPS is the best plumbing service I've ever experienced. Very knowledgable, efficient, punctual and able to solve plumbing problems. One of the best things is their dedication to keeping the customer informed regarding appointments and they will return your calls and keep you updated as to their progress on the project. If you try them you'll see what I mean.
Fast, courteous, friendly and respectful of our needs. Quick analysis of problem and quote to do the job! Absolutely the best service I have ever had in years!!! Clean, and respectful of our facility. The job required cutting into multiple walls, and they closed up the holes and finished the job above and beyond my requests and expectations!!!! They were punctual on their arrival time. Extremely friendly, and understanding to my plumbing problem. Quick to diagnosis and a reasonable bid was discussed and appreciated. Under poor circumstances they made the best of the poor pipe location. Did the job quickly and were very tidy!! These folks were great. Did not speak down to us, and gladly stopped by for a second opinion on a water heater issue because the business I used to use (Never Again!) wouldn't even bother to give me one. They called me on the phone to tell me they wouldn't. Direct Plumbing Solutions came out, inspected the entire unit from top to bottom (the first technician did not go all the way into the closet to inspect all around the device), did a thorough assessment and talked to us about options for the future.
