Excellent service. Very thorough in all aspects of service carried out. The service technician explained all of the charges involved before starting the work, and all of the parts & procedures required, depending upon what I wanted to have done.
When my water started to leak everywhere I knew to call Direct Plumbing. They have been amazing. I live in a rural town and they come to help me anyways. Camden was amazing and worked past 7:00 pm to make sure I had water. I couldn’t recommend this company h more. They are amazing
Eric is amazing! Direct Plumbing is super easy to work with and keeps their work area clean. They did the plumbing installation for our new addition. Punctual and clear in communication. We are very pleased! [Edit] Hired them again to finish the bathroom and install our water heater. My original review holds true. The crew was polite and left the workspace clean.
