Rubbish. Did not turn up and not picking up phone. Wasted my time
Richard told me my 6 year old oil fired boiler was useless when he came to repair it in Jan. '23 and I had just filled my tank with 1200 L of oil. He offered to swap it for a new LPG boiler and charged me for a 7 year warranty. He said he would return to take the old boiler and tank away. Despite repeated texts & voice mails over the following 18 months I never saw him again! Finally he answered the phone & made an appointment to come and service the boiler and bring the warranty. Dick Co Bessacarr Richard first came to me on Boxing day when my boiler failed. He was the only plumber that was willing to attend. A good job sorted and he has serviced our needs ever since. Clean work, honest assessments and prompt response. Latest problem caused by electrical spike nearby. Richard came already with the parts (he has had experience of these problems), he repaired the boiler within the hour. You can't get much better than that!
