they wait until your out of your medication before reordering, when you call they just say it is automated there is no resolution
I have contacted them 3 times to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy and I still don't have the medication and it's been 3 weeks.
They don't even have the prescription in stock. They didn't even call me to let me know. I had to call them after x days to figure out why it hadn't been shipped.
Worst pharmacy service in US. They took months to transfer a prescription and wanted me to have the previous pharmacy contact them for the transfer. This is never how a transfer works. When they finally got around to initiating the transfer they said they did not have the medication in stock and would need to order it. 2 weeks later they cancelled the order stating they had a " sourcing issue". This company should be dissolved.
Horrible service. Medications continually out of stock. They ship by mule train. Shipments take weeks to arrive and orders take weeks or months to fulfill. After ordering in plenty of time before running out of medication they said they hadn’t received the order from the manufacturer they then refused to set up expedited shipping unless I paid for it. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
