I have been bringing my car to Direct Performance Auto Care and Tony for now 3+ years. Tony always provides excellent service, gives very thorough estimates, and will be very transparent and show you the problems he and his team are going to fix. He has helped keep both my wife and my cars that are both 15+ years old, on the road for many years. Bonus that he always runs a towing company should the need arise, which it has for our cars. He has worked on brakes, struts, engine seals, spark plugs, etc. Highly recommend!
I recently Paid these people 1300$ to replace my heater core, after getting my car back and going around the block i returned to complain about my radio buttons being busted, my A/C not working and My charging ports not working. I was given the Run around for 2 months saying the where short hand and had many other cars to work on please come back because those cars where a priority. Yesterday I had a last minute emergency. Tow truck didn't have a flat bed so I seen a flat bed tow truck on Cicero . Did a U turn . Spoke to driver. Who was very professional, great positive energy. He said he'll talk to his supervisor. Which he did immediately.. Which I was thankful , for time was of the essence.. Gave me the business card. They were able to assist me without trying to charge me no last minute fees or emergency service or nothing. They didn't try to abuse the situation .. Just to make a profit .. It was all... read more
