I have had several crowns, and was always happy with his work and his staff. However on 3/11/2019, I spoke to Jeanette, and asked her if Dr Swann did periodontal work. She said she didn't know but I would have to have an evaluation. I then asked her if she didn't know, I probably wouldn't schedule an eval. She rudely said "You're trying to get me to diagnose you over the phone" I went to answer her that I wasn't doing that and she kept cutting me off. I like you Dr Swann. but you should send Jeanette back to orientation.
Dr. Swann and his staff are the best. My teeth had gotten really bad at a young age. I bounced from dentist to dentist piecing my mouth togather and never really leaving happy because i had so many other problems. Missing teeth, bad cavaties, bleeding of the gums you name it i had it. Dr Swann was the first person to treat my mouth as 1 whole part of the body. I just switched my daughter and I to Dr. Swann. When I walked in, Dr. Swann was sitting at the front desk checking me in while his assistant was finishing up with his patient. Also, while i was In the chair being checked/examined by the hygienist, he called and checked my insurance benefits. What dentist, or any other physician for that matter, would do this?
