Decent product with the odd bad point, grudging service. They honestly don’t seem to want to learn how to improve their product when the opportunity arises. Unless installed by one of their techs be cautious about their larger commercial doors. Wrong/ missing parts and no installation guide book. I would advise listening to anything your experienced tech suggests to change if you’re expecting your business to grow.
We have ordered countless doors from Direct Overhead doors, and every door has been perfect. Clinton has been my main point of contact, and he has been outstanding to work with it. The doors are always on time and at a competitive price. I can't recommend them enough.
I won't go anywhere else to buy a door ever again! They have a large variety of stock on doors and parts all at an extremely affordable price! Their customer service is like no other company I have ever dealt with as well. They will have my business for any garage door needs in the future and I'll recommend them over anybody else!
