Abigail was very professional and courteous. She explained the process of my appointment in detail and assured me that the doctor will look at my MRI, and if I need to be seeing sooner, they will contact me.
My doctor sent over a referral, received a scheduling apt within 2 hours and had an emergency appointment set up in 3 days.
Abigail did a great job locating my file from DOC and transferring it over to Optima. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Abigail did a great job!!
