I went to the Denton location both times. I chose DOC for the fact that they are open 7 days a week and I wouldnt have to wait weeks to be seen. I went in for shoulder pain. The first appointment was pretty normal. Took xrays and found nothing. Did a bunch of movments and they think I have a torn rotator cuff. Wants to send for an MRI. I cant have many things for pain relief and they refused to give me anything that would help that I can take. My PCP was far better in diagnosing and identifying the cause. Completely stay way, if needed visit urgent care.
Very friendly and professional
I've been a regular, for several years. This time I was met by a PA. And she was very nice. But a doctor studies 5 to 7 years more than a PA. And if they charge you the same, I'd rather see a doctor. Otherwise, nice and professional behavior of everyone - as usual. Based on previous visits, I also think they are helping. Wish I could give them 10 stars. The whole staff is wonderful start to finish. I had PT a couple years ago and it was superb. From office saw my wife and it was another top notch experience.
