DOC is a really great facility. They have Doctors and Physical Therapy all in one stop. I've never had to wait for an appointment or at the office. Shawna and the front desk super friendly and on top of it. I really like and trust Dr. Micha. Thanks everyone at DOC.
Husband has been having issue with right hand. And this place doctor really explained and spoke about options that he had. He really helped and husband has no pain.
Just finished my initial, first time at this office. First impressions: wonderful and caring staff, clean facility. Jennifer despite being a bit new to a case like mine was very attentive and took care of me quickly at check-in. She went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed to get checked in. My second experience with Direct Orthopedic. Wife had good experience last year and she referred me. We are seniors with a couple issues and they took their time to evaluate everything and provided solutions. Very easy and comfortable. People are exceptional. Worked with Ding Ho, PA-C and she assisted both my wife and myself. Score all 10 out of 10.
