Went in yesterday the the 4th to ask if they took my insurance and the rude old lady at the desk told me now before i could finish my sentence called their 800 number just to verify and they absolutely do take my insurance the old lady at the front desk simply didn’t want to do her job and was very rude should have recorded her acting the way she did
Dr. Bowman was very nice and explained the situation and the ladies at the counter and the xray tech they were nice as well.
All staff were kind, and friendly. They provided me with all details about my injury, surgery and recovery procedures. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.
Everyone was super nice. I don’t have to wait long to be seen. The Soc was very helpful.
