I’ve had two excellent experiences here at Direct offroad with Cody being my adviser. I got in the next day after calling. After a few hours I was called and they had a diagnosis for me. Fixed the driveshaft issue at a very fair price. My second concern was vibration in the front end. Cody looked it over and told me everything was fine. No need to replace anything. Came in with a squeaky control arm, they found the problem to be with the ball joint, I replaced both to be safe and they even updated the replacements to have a grease insert! Definitely will be coming back to have my work done !Great customer service and everyone is very respectful!
Awesome Service
We had King HD shocks installed on the rear of our Renegade motorhome and picked up the fronts to self- install later. Met Pat Gerber and really enjoyed the discussion and request for feedback. His crew are absolutely outstanding at what they do and customer service and support. They are highly recommended through the Renegade community because of their parts, service and support.
