Cody was great in providing me with all service and recommendations. Met the friendly owner and staff. They will be my go to for my truck’s needs.
Had our truck worked on here and after the visit, the tire literally fell off as in the tire went under the truck. All because they didn't double check the bolts. Its a miracle it didnt do that on the freeway and got anyone hurt. Took it back via tow truck, they "fixed" it with the worst shocks imaginable, so stiff that it was undriveable. Decided to work on it ourselves and discovered how badly they "repaired" what was damaged. I will never go here again and would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I was having issues with the suspension on my truck, a friend of mine referred me to direct off road for repairs, I spoke with Cody , I wasn’t sure exactly what the source of the problem was, but Cody took the time to point out on my truck a few issues that needed attention, I made arrangements to drop off the truck at a later date, when I picked up my truck I was very pleased with the way the steering and suspension felt , it was like driving a new truck again, thank you Cody !
