I worked with Direct Office Furniture on a full office build out in 2017. While moving the office this year (2025), the movers misplaced several pieces of desk assembly hardware. Reaching back to Direct Office Furniture nearly 8 years after my purchase about replacement hardware, they welcomed hearing from me and didn't hesitate to send replacement parts free-of charge. Received great service from Michael and the team who delivered and set up the furniture. Professionalism throughout the entire process.
We worked with Michael and his team on refitting our new office with furniture. He was great at listening to our needs and formulating a design plan and suggestion within our budget. Our trip to the showroom really helped us finalize what we liked and didn't like. The quality of furniture and pricing was excellent. I would definitely recommend Direct Office Furniture!

Excellent service, I work with Jeff on an office project in Long island NY. well communication and fast response. The desk arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The quality of the custom desk and chairs are excellent. Will definitely be a returning customer.
